Don Neilson founded Enterprise Technology Solutions LLC, (ETS), a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)
in October 2006. Mr. Neilson has more than 40 years of service in our Federal Government, the majority of which were with the
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). His expertise includes program management primarily in the Information Technology and
Health Care arenas. Mr. Neilson is a proven performer and leader in the areas of program and project management, program
evaluation, capital investment planning and execution.
